The Doll Academy Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in a Doll Academy training, scheduling a shadow day, or hosting or attending a Doll Academy party, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms act as a binding agreement between The Doll Academy LLC (“we,” “our,” or “the Academy”) and you (“student,” “host,” “guest,” or “participant”).

Training & Shadow Day Participation

The Doll Academy provides educational training in medical aesthetics, including injectable procedures, anatomy instruction, and hands-on practice with live models under licensed medical supervision.
By enrolling, you agree to:

Follow all Academy rules, safety protocols, and professional conduct standards.
Use educational materials for personal learning only — reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Acknowledge that The Doll Academy does not guarantee employment, certification, or licensure upon completion.
Accept that tuition is non-refundable, but may be credited toward future training at the Academy’s discretion.
Understand that all hands-on training involves medical procedures and inherent risk, and you release The Doll Academy LLC, its instructors, and affiliates from liability related to participation.

Mobile Parties (Tox & Filler Events)

Doll Academy mobile events are medical-grade aesthetic services performed in a social setting, under Nurse Practitioner supervision.
By booking or attending a party, you agree to:

Complete all required medical forms and consents prior to treatment.
Understand that every service is a medical procedure and results may vary.
Ensure all hosts and guests follow event safety and scheduling guidelines.
Agree that all payments are due at the time of service and are non-refundable.
Acknowledge that hosts and guests release The Doll Academy LLC, its providers, and affiliates from liability related to participation or treatment.

General

By participating in any Doll Academy service or event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

Return and Refund Policy

Training Classes & Shadow Days

All tuition payments are non-refundable.
Once enrollment is confirmed, payments secure your seat and cover administrative, product, and scheduling costs.
Rescheduling:
Students may reschedule for a future class date with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.
Credits:
Tuition may be credited toward a future training at the Academy’s discretion if proper notice is provided.
No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit tuition in full.
Class Transfers:
Enrollment may be transferred to another licensed medical professional with prior approval from The Doll Academy.

Mobile Parties (Tox & Filler Events)

The Doll Academy mobile events combine luxury, safety, and fun, offering professional injectable treatments in a social setting under Nurse Practitioner supervision.

By booking or hosting a Doll Academy Party, you agree to the following:

Must have 6 or more confirmed guests (not including the host).
Collect each guest’s full name, date of birth, phone number, and email and submit the finalized guest list 3–5 days prior to the event by emailing parties@thedollacademy.online.
Ensure a clean, safe space for injections if the event is held off-site.
Parties may also be hosted at in clinic.
Payment is due at the time of service. Hosts may collect an optional $50 deposit per guest (applied to treatment, non-refundable if guest cancels). No refunds are issued for cancellations or no-shows.
If the party date must be changed, hosts must notify The Doll Academy at least 1 week in advance (exceptions may be made for unforeseen emergencies).
All guests must complete required medical history forms and consents before treatment.
All injectables are medical procedures performed by licensed professionals under NP supervision.
Hosts and guests release The Doll Academy LLC, its providers, and affiliates from liability related to participation or treatment.

Klarna Booking &Payment Policy

Booking Page Requirement

All services and course bookings are completed directly through our website checkout system. Customers are not redirected to an external website in order to ensure secure Klarna payment integration.

🔁 Right to Withdraw / Cancellation Policy (Klarna Requirement)

Customers have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of booking, provided that:

• The service has NOT yet started

• No training, treatment, or course access has been provided

If a cancellation is requested within this 14-day withdrawal period, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

🚫 Once Services Have Started

If any portion of the service has begun, including but not limited to:

• Attending a class

• Receiving training materials

• Starting a treatment

• Accessing course content

No refunds will be issued.

⏱ Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

❗ Klarna Payment Terms (Required Statement)

For purchases made using Klarna:

• Rebooking fees are not applicable

• Store credit or exchanges cannot be issued

• Only direct refunds to Klarna are permitted

All Klarna refunds must follow Klarna’s merchant protection policies.

📅 Additional Booking Policy

Appointments and training dates may be rescheduled with advance notice according to our standard scheduling policies; however, this does not alter Klarna refund eligibility.
